1. Working principle

Coal rod machine is also called bbq charcoal making machine, barbecue carbon rod making machine, etc.; coal rod machine is a machine that makes powdered raw coal into strip blocks of the same shape. Its working principle is: the motor transmits power to the transmission through the V-belt, and the transmission output shaft transmits power to the propeller shaft through the floating coupling. The propeller on the propeller shaft pushes the coal material through the forming die head to push out the ideal barbecue carbon rod.

2. Structural features

(1) The feed screw lead is large, the feed is fast, the propeller screw lead is small, and power is saved.

(2) The shaft seat and the cylinder body are rigidly connected, with high concentricity, anti-thrust, and stable machine.

(3) The part that needs to be sealed adopts a fault structure, and the dirt leaks from the fault.

(4) V-belt drive, stable operation, low noise, and overload protection.

(5) The head and the cylinder body are connected with a clamping ring structure and a bolt structure, which can be selected according to user needs.

 

The bbq charcoal making machine (also called barbecue charcoal extruder) is a coal rod forming equipment that uses the principle of spiral extrusion to compress the modulated pulverized coal into a predetermined shape with a certain strength. The coal rod extruder adopts a hard-toothed reducer with a small size and high load-bearing capacity.
