Introduction

The chicken manure dryer made by our Lantian Mechanical Plant includes hopper, feeding screw, air-fan, drum, cyclone, discharging screw, driving system. It can greatly reduce the moisture of the raw material. Of course, it can be sued to dry other manures such as cow dung, pig manure, sludge, etc.

Structure
Work principle of Chicken manure dryer:
Conveyed from the feed screw directly into the dryer drum, raised by the drum wall panels repeatedly, and scattered by the crushing blow dispersion devices. Materials and the negative high-temp media are combined sufficiently to complete heat and mass transfer process. Result of the drum wind angle and induced air, feed materials move slowly, and discharged from the spiral after drying, exhaust gas handled by the dust precipitator, venting to the atmosphere.
